This collegial team of GI providers at one of the leading healthcare non-profits in Illinois is looking to add another physician to their group.
Position Highlights:
- Be as busy as you want to be in your first year, with the ability to ramp up quickly due to high community demand.
- Extremely low OR turnover time, enabling you to work efficiently.
- Build your schedule with options for 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off.
- Strong support staff including efficient NPs, ENDO staff, CRNAs, and dedicated MAs.
- Practicing physicians and graduating fellows are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $690,000.
- Additional earning potential of $100,000-$310,000 from wRVU bonuses and quality incentives, available from year 1.
- $150,000 signing bonus.
- $150,000 retention bonus.
- $10,000 relocation assistance.
