Electrical Project Manager

Main Responsibilities
Maintain a safe working environment for all employees in division
Confirm that all employees and subcontractors are TDLR qualified
Ensure all roughs and trims are going out on time and being quality walked
Quality walk / punch items are being completed
Be able to project (2-4) weeks of jobs and be staffed appropriately
Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
Build and maintain customer relationships
Mentor employees
Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
**Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
Who We're Looking For
Residential Wireman electrical license or better
(5) years residential supervisor experience
Ability to manage 2-8 supervisors and 5-10 subcontractors
Strong understanding of Electrical Code and Municipality requirements
Willingness to learn our Low Voltage business as well
Ability to recruit service techs and subcontractors
Willingness to perform physical demands of position when necessary
Required Education & Experience
At least 1 years of experience in electrical project management
Experience in home automation or related field is a significant advantage
