$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available Job Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing professional nursing care to residents of all ages in our long-term care facility. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing resident health and implementing care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Documenting care provided and resident interactions Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Providing education and counseling to residents and their families We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN who is committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle emergencies with calmness and confidence.
