Facility in Waterloo, IA seeking Urology Locums coverage
Rates: $300/hr
Position Overview: Facility is seeking Board Certified Urologists to provide locum coverage for 1-2 weeks per month. This opportunity involves working in a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment, offering comprehensive care in a well-supported environment. Schedule & Duties:- Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Call: TBD; Call may not be required often
- Average Patients/Day: 25, with 4-5 new consults per day
- Setting: Outpatient clinic with on-site lab and ultrasound. No Urolift, Space OAR, or MRI fusion procedures performed in the clinic.
- Procedures: General Urology
- Support Staff: 6 RNs, referral clerk, clinic supervisor, lab and ultrasound technician
- EMR: EPIC in the clinic, Cerner in the hospital
- Board Certification in Urology (REQUIRED)
- Iowa State License (REQUIRED, not accepting non-licensed/IMLC candidates)
- ACLS Certification (REQUIRED)
- Local/Drive-in Candidates (Highly Preferred)
- Estimated Timeframe: 30 days due to emergent need
