Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Needed
We need Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on Day and Night Shifts (8 & 12 hr) to join our Assisted Living team at Chesterwood Village in West Chester, OH. LPN Pay Rate: $28 to $33 Per Hour - Registered Nurse (based on licensure and experience) PLUS we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!! Our Licensed Practical Nurses Be Responsible For: Providing direct LPN nursing care Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions Attending required in-service trainings and educational events Licensed Practical Nurses Need To Have: Current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus Ability to work 12-hour shifts Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire) Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
