We are Focus Finance, a global network of students interested in finance & banking. Our analysts and partners work across 6 report streams (M&A Deals, Industry Trends, Capital Markets, Equity Research, Technical Analysis, and Global M&A Outlook) to deliver high-quality content reports to our readership and institutional partners. We bring together 100+ passionate students from 35 universities across 4 continents to provide an international platform for career development and networking. You will support all Human Capital operations, including recruiting, assessing, and interviewing potential analysts, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will monitor internal activities to keep everyone on track, develop and implement new policies, and understand organizational dynamics to build effective strategies. Motivated and curious individuals can expect more challenging projects and positions.
Your key responsibilities
- Recruit potential FF members by engaging in candidate sourcing.
- Support talent management operations, including talent acquisition, strategy, learning & development, and engagement.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure efficient Human Capital Management operations.
- Help drive global engagement and strengthen Focus Finance's employer brand.
Qualifications
We carefully select our members to ensure consistency. We are looking for candidates with skills and interests in:
- Undergraduate studies in HR, management, economics, psychology, industrial relations, or related fields (applications from all universities worldwide are welcome).
Strong interest in HR, recruitment, performance management, organizational development, talent management, and business management.
Core soft skills: teamwork, adaptability, resilience, international mindset.
Problem-solving skills, data literacy, quick learning ability.
Availability of 4-6 hours per week.
Additional Information

Selected candidates will undergo a digital HR challenge to assess competencies, skills, and behaviors related to recruitment, performance management, and internal coordination. Final candidates will be chosen based on this assessment.
