Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Type:

This position serves as a strategic partner and consultant to management on human resources-related topics. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR needs, communicates proactively with HR and management, and develops creative, purpose-built, integrated solutions. The role involves forming partnerships across HR functions to deliver value-added services that align with the organization's objectives. Responsibilities
Partner with employees and management to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations. Recommend policy enhancements to support HR and organizational initiatives. Lead discussions and train managers on HR topics. Consult on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field; equivalent experience also considered. An advanced degree or HR certification is a plus. 5+ years of HR Generalist experience. Experience partnering with department leaders. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). Knowledge of employment laws at local, state, and federal levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems (PeopleSoft preferred), and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom). Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and customer service dedication. Facilitation experience is a plus.
