This role involves performing business and system analysis to modernize or upgrade existing business processes and systems. You will be responsible for the design, testing, and implementation of the system to create a solution that satisfies business needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide project level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, agile stories and use cases) Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations Gather business requirements, document functional requirements, use cases, user interface, application interface Deliver precise functional specifications to include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping Creating and Maintaining Business Process Flow Diagrams Schedule and facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions Translate high level requirements into User Stories/Detailed Requirements Coordinate QA and User Acceptance Testing.
Qualifications:
3+ years professional experience in business analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to help translate stakeholder needs through-out organizational business units. Extremely organized with great attention to detail Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize. Responsibilities to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.
Salary:
$70,000 - $75,000 AW
