Cimarron is seeking an IBM (ELM) System Administrator to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. Key Duties: Perform administrative functions for IBM Engineering tools, including user and license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on effective use of IBM Engineering tools. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation related to IBM Engineering tools and processes. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IBM Engineering tools with other systems. Manage and maintain the DB2 database associated with IBM Engineering tools. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Stay current on the latest IBM Engineering tools and technologies. Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at the time. This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use. Active Secret Clearance (or higher). Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (ex., Security+). 6 or more years of general, full-time work experience. 3 or more years of related experience. Experience performing administrative tasks and providing support for IBM Engineering tools. Experience with DB2 database administration and management. Experience in maintaining system security compliance with DoD standards. Willingness and ability to work onsite at an approved MDA location. Desired Skills, Experience, and Education: Experience as an IBM Administrator. Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM). Experience with IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM).
