In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for driving innovation, scalability, and security across the clients infrastructurespanning both AWS cloud and on-prem environments. Youll lead a team of engineers and contractors focused on DevOps automation, IBM PowerSystems IBMi, and enterprise storage solutions including NetApp ONTAP and Cohesity. As the Senior Manager, your day-to-day will include overseeing IBM PowerSystems IBMi environments to ensure availability and performance for critical applications such as ACBS. You will architect and implement scalable storage platforms using NetApp ONTAP for enterprise NAS/SAN and Cohesity for backup and disaster recovery. Youll also lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. This role requires strong expertise in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), automation of deployment processes, and integration of observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, and APM solutions. Youll ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, implement ransomware protection strategies, and manage data governance, encryption, and access control. Additionally, you will be a key decision-maker in the teams technical direction, responsible for capacity planning and recommending new technologies and training. You will also collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Agile teams to design solutions aligned with the broader business goals, while coaching your team on delivery excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support will also be expected. Pay: 65-85/hr Seniority level
