Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment in Garysburg, NC from December 2 - December 30 at a PCMH site. Hours are Monday/Tuesday, 10:00am - 6:00pm; Wednesday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm; all with a 30-minute break. Provider will see employees for primary care, acute care, and light occupational health. Duties include POC testing for flu/strep/pregnancy, complete UAs, do EKGs, provide emergency response, and administer vaccinations (primarily flu but occasionally HEP B or tetanus). Clinic is staffed by experience MA. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
