Currently, Softermii is looking for a Senior Front End Engineer (React.js) because of scaling the project.
Project
The company specializes in risk management in large-scale construction projects through contract auditing, from preliminary analysis to project closure. Its core values are confidentiality, high specialization, minimal impact on client operations, and maximum budget preservation.
Your Responsibilities On The Project Will Be
Build from the ground up: Architect, develop, and deploy responsive and feature-rich web applications using React.js, Next.js, or other modern frameworks. Collaborate deeply with UI/UX designers, back-end engineers, and product teams to translate designs and user stories into functional web interfaces. Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of code into production. Deploy and manage front-end applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability. Develop and maintain SDKs and reusable UI components to accelerate product development. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across browsers and devices. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Stay current with emerging technologies and propose ways to improve architecture andworkflows.
You can be part of the following team:
1 CTO, 1 Product Owner( COO), 1 DevOps, a few QA, AI team (Lead + 2-3 Engineers), 1 Project Manager/Engineering Manager.

Our requirements to you it is understanding and experience with the next points:
At least 3-5 years of front-end development experience in product-driven environments primarily using React. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Expertise in React.js (Next.js is a plus) and experience with Redux, Flux, or similar state management libraries. Familiarity with other frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, or Node.js is an advantage. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating APIs with front-end applications. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI). Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, CloudFront, Lambda, Amplify) for deploying and managing applications. Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments. Upper-intermediate English level or higher, both spoken and written, for effective communication in an international team.
Will Be a Plus
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments. Experience with SCSS/SASS, styled-components, and design tools like Figma. Familiarity with micro-frontends architecture. Exposure to AI/ML product ecosystems or interest in learning them.
