12+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Architect
to lead cloud strategy, design, and implementation efforts for enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, GCP services, and enterprise application modernization, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architecture solutions on GCP. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define cloud solutions aligned with business goals. Lead the migration of on-premise applications to GCP and guide cloud-native development. Evaluate and recommend cloud tools, services, and architecture frameworks. Ensure architecture complies with enterprise standards, security policies, and industry best practices. Mentor and guide development and DevOps teams on GCP technologies and best practices. Optimize cost, performance, and security of deployed cloud infrastructure. Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in cloud architecture (GCP preferred). Strong hands-on experience in
GCP services
including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Kubernetes (GKE). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Deployment Manager). Solid understanding of networking, security, identity & access management (IAM) in cloud environments. Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automation. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and legacy system modernization. GCP Professional Cloud Architect Certification is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with data engineering and analytics on GCP.
