The role involves providing comprehensive tech support to our professional staff in our DC and NY offices. This position is based in Washington, DC. The Assistant reports to the Deputy Director of Information Systems and Security and is responsible for maintaining the IT, AV, and security infrastructure, responding to Help Desk requests both remotely and on-site.
