About the Role:
We are seeking a CX Enterprise Business Systems Analyst to drive process transformation and system enhancements that improve our end-to-end customer experience. In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map business processes, validate requirements, and support enterprise system implementations across CPQ, ERP, SRM, ServiceNow, and Gainsight platforms. You will ensure smooth execution of transformation initiatives by identifying gaps, raising risks, and advocating for downstream business impacts.
Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery and gap analysis for CX workflows including quoting, fulfillment, subscription management, delivery, and support. Document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) process flows, collaborating with architecture and application teams for implementation. Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and test cases. Identify and escalate delivery risks or issues to ensure project success and data integrity. Support transitions to enterprise-grade solutions like ServiceNow, including testing and user validation. Ensure new systems and processes support downstream functions such as customer success, revenue recognition, and field operations. Conduct and participate in
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including test script creation and results tracking. Partner with the
Organizational Change Management (OCM)
team to support training and communications through clear process documentation. Track project deliverables using tools like
Jira and Confluence , ensuring alignment with project milestones. Support validation of integrations across
CPQ, ERP, SRM , particularly around SKUs, subscription assets, and billing models. Collaborate with
master data teams
to validate alignment across domains using
Reltio
or similar MDM platforms. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems delivery with a strong focus on system testing, documentation, and cross-functional execution. Proven experience in successful implementation and validation of enterprise platforms (e.g.,
Salesforce CPQ, SAP, Zuora, ServiceNow ). Excellent skills in process documentation, functional specifications, and system validation. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across business and IT. Experience with
Agile
methodologies and tools like
Jira or Confluence. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-growth
SaaS
or subscription-based businesses. Familiarity with Client platforms and CX workflows. Certifications in
Salesforce ,
ServiceNow , or
Gainsight . Proficiency in Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools for workflow and architecture mapping. Hands-on experience with
MDM
tools like
Reltio .
