Job Summary The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting the organizations IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data centers, and cloud services. This leadership role manages the infrastructure team and ensures systems are secure, scalable, and highly available across all company locations. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on support for troubleshooting, system changes, and best practices during critical events. Duties and Responsibilities Lead daily operations and strategic planning of infrastructure systems, including network, storage, compute, and cloud environments. Manage a team of network/system engineers and administrators. Oversee enterprise networking using HP Aruba hardware and software, including switching, wireless, and access control. Define and maintain hardware standards for infrastructure and end-user devices. Maintain the health and performance of on-prem and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization platforms like VMware. Implement and test disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity strategies. Collaborate with cybersecurity and application teams to ensure a secure, integrated environment. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for system performance, security, and efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing related to infrastructure. Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams. Develop and manage infrastructure budgets and lifecycle planning for hardware and software. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure roles, with 2+ years in management or technical leadership. Hands-on experience with HP Aruba networking solutions, including wireless, switching, and ClearPass. Strong understanding of virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backup systems. Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, M365). Knowledge of change management, patching, monitoring, and asset lifecycle practices. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ITIL Foundation or similar framework knowledge. Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing operations with uptime-critical systems. Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% annually. Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote). City Brewery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
