Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of key products.
Facilitate internal approval processes by coordinating with key stakeholders.
Prepare reports and assist with special projects to streamline procurement processes.
Stay updated on IT procurement practices, vendor contracts, and purchasing workflows.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Relevant professional experience is a plus.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to independently manage projects.
