Job Description
The Senior Project Manager - Pharma General Contractor - Raleigh will be responsible for:
All phases of project management including design, construction, permitting, occupancy, quality control staffing, scheduling and budget Interaction with clients to communicate project information Development of project schedules and milestones * Assist in the team selection process Monitor and report overall project progress relative to goals, requirements, schedules and budgets Assist with Proactive budget development and management Understand contract terms and requirements Facilitate meetings to achieve and maintain project progress Develop recommendations and action item as necessary Interact with all associated project participants: User Groups, Executives, Designers, Contractors, Vendors, etc. Manage furniture procurement and client relocation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Senior Project Manager - Pharma General Contractor - Raleigh should have:
7+ years experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor Pharma project experience is highly preferred, but not required Degree in Construction related field is preferred Excellent communication skills Strong Technical Aptitude What's on Offer
The Senior Project Manager - Pharma General Contractor - Raleigh will receive:
Highly competitive base salary - $110,000 - 160,000 base Company Bonuses Vehicle or Vehicle allowance w/ Gas Card Cell & Laptop Allowance Excellent benefits package - health/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, etc. Ability to Lead their entire Raleigh Office & Operations
