1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants As the the Project Manager, you’ll oversee commercial and mission critical projects from start to finish. You’re the go-to lead for safety, client satisfaction, budget stewardship, and cross-functional coordination. Expect to juggle contract administration, crew supervision, scheduling, and vendor/trade partner collaboration. What You’ll Do Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Administer contracts and proactively manage project performance. Create and maintain work schedules, supervise field crews, and manage resources efficiently. Coordinate seamlessly with trade partners, engineers, and internal teams. Provide best-in-class customer service with strong internal and external stakeholder engagement. What We’re Looking For Proven commercial Project Management experience—especially in mechanical, HVAC, or industrial sheet metal. Strong estimating, problem-solving, organizational, and detail orientation skills. Comfortable leading teams, delegating tasks, and making independent, on-the-spot decisions. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/construction management software. Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. Bonus Skills Experience in HVAC or industrial sheet-metal scope adds extra value. Exposure to BIM/VDC or prefabrication processes is a plus.
