Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day administration of Windows Server environments (2008-2022) • Manage DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies, patching, and event log review • Deploy and maintain web/app servers including IP, HTTP, HTTPS, clustering, load balancing, and firewall rule configuration • Support integration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including workflows, plugins, web services, and reports • Administer and support .NET applications and related infrastructure • Configure and maintain IIS, SQL Server, and other critical components • Troubleshoot system and application issues related to performance, access, and connectivity • Monitor server performance and ensure system uptime and availability • Document system architecture, configurations, and administrative procedures • Collaborate with development teams and business units to support infrastructure needs • Assist with software installations, patching, upgrades, and configuration tasks • Support SharePoint infrastructure and integration as required • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when needed • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and align procedures with agency goals
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: • Expertise in Windows Server administration (2019/2022) • Experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting • Strong background in system maintenance, patching, and server monitoring • Proven experience managing web/app deployments and operations including failover, diagnostics, and performance tuning • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration and customization • Familiarity with .NET application support and IIS configuration • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver timely solutions • Experience with SQL Server administration and database connectivity • Knowledge of SharePoint management and integration • Strong documentation skills and ability to create system and training materials • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills • Experience working in team environments and managing individual tasks independently • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification (preferred) • PowerShell scripting and programming language experience (preferred) • TCP/IP networking knowledge and Windows Server 2016 (preferred)
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
