Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a VMWare Admin to join a DoD program supporting the USMC located in Quantico, VA. This is a great opportunity to advance your skills with VMWare and obtain additional certifications in the field. The VMWare Admin will support a team providing IT and Cyber Security support to the Marine Corps Enterprise Network. Responsibilities for the VMWare Admin include: Assist with daily server checks and troubleshoot any issues that present themselves Utilize VMware vSphere, vCenter, and SCCM to manage multiple hosts, clusters, and virtual machines Apply STIGs on hardware and software, maintain and upgrade the servers, and use Remedy ticketing system to troubleshoot customer issues Ensure systems are in compliance with all IA policies and requirements Required qualifications for the VMWare Admin include: Active Secret Clearance 4+ years of Windows Administration experience and experience with virtual servers Active IAT Level II Certification (Sec+ or equivalent) Active VMWare Certified Administrator Certification (VCA or VCTA) Must be open and willing to obtain VCP certification within 6 months of employment Compensation for the VMWare Admin includes: Salary Range: $80,000-100,000 depending on experience Full Standard Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, sick leave as required by law
