Sr. Systems IT Admin
to join them. You will report to the
Sr. Director of Security and Infrastructure
and will have a remotework structure.
To be considered for the Sr. Systems IT Admin opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
10+ years of IT infrastructure experience in secure or regulated industries (preferably aerospace, defense, or government contracting) Expertise in Office 365 and Azure AD administration Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune for secure device and application management Strong automation skills using PowerShell for complex system tasks Deep experience in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022), including Active Directory and GPO Solid understanding of security frameworks such as NIST 800-171, DFARS, and CMMC 2.0 Experience with implementing and supporting MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies Active Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications: MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102, Security+, or CISSP Experience in hybrid IT environments with Azure, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and SCCM Familiarity with secure collaboration tools (e.g., GCC High or DoD 365) Prior experience in IT systems auditing and incident response in a regulated setting As a Sr. Systems IT Admin, you will:
Administer and secure Office 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory, in compliance with DFARS/NIST 800-171 standards Manage and monitor endpoints using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) with security baselines, compliance policies, and conditional access Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate tasks such as provisioning, reporting, patch management, and compliance checks Oversee Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file systems in both on-prem and hybrid cloud environments Maintain compliance with ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, ISO27001 and other relevant defense regulations, including audit support and documentation Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement system hardening, threat detection, and access controls aligned with Zero Trust principles Serve as a technical lead on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations, including secure Office 365 and Azure integrations Provide expert-level Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues within the organization Create and maintain detailed system architecture documentation, SOPs, and contingency plans Our Benefits:

Compensation Pay Range
Salary Range:
$100,000-125,000/year, based on experience
