Your Responsibilities
Lead the
Sales, Marketing, and Events Sales
departments Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and overall business success, including distribution and marketing initiatives Monitor and report on sales activities and performance Plan and conclude corporate agreements Execute and document sales activities Represent the hotel at trade fairs and client events Maintain and expand client relationships and manage key accounts in the region Contribute to the budget and forecasting processes Lead, motivate, and continuously develop the team through training and coaching What You Bring Experience in a similar role within
luxury hospitality Strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident and engaging presence Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience Customer- and service-oriented mindset Fluent in
