No cold calling. No door knocking. We provide qualified leads, paid training, and a clear path to high earnings.
What You’ll Do
Run in-home design consultations with homeowners Present Jacuzzi bath and shower solutions Help customers design safe, stylish bathrooms Follow a proven sales process — we’ll train you
What We Offer
Pre-set appointments — no lead chasing Paid training and onboarding Flexibility between appointments Help earning your Michigan sales license Opportunities to grow into sales coach roles
What We're Looking For
Confident communicators with a customer-first mindset Background in home improvement, sales, or design is a plus Based in or near Lansing and willing to travel locally
Compensation & Benefits
Earning potential of $150,000+ annually (uncapped commission) Paid onboarding and licensing support Medical, dental & vision insurance (after 90 days) 401(k), PTO, Parental Leave W2 employment with year-round work
