Overview
Position Title: Senior Security Specialist
Provide locations/flexible work by preference: Most preferred - Pittsburgh, PA; Second preferred - Cleveland, OH.
Other Tech Hubs open
Ability to work remote: Hybrid; 3 days in office/2 remote
Travel: N/A
Days of the week: M-F
Working Hours (Flexible): 8-5 pm, 40 hrs

Duration: Contract to hire
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Documenting and processing data protection
-First six months will be documenting what the team is doing currently in a playbook
-Taking extensive notes on current processes - notes will need to be legible and well organized
-Easily lift and shift to new product based on notes - (ex. OnPrem to Cloudbase possibility depending on product selection)
-Manager needs an individual with an engineering background to help build this playbook
-Manager needs someone with strong understanding of how data integrations tools work
Technical Skills: 6+ years
-Business Analysis documentation experience
-Extensive DLP knowledge - Engineering and policy space
-Netscope
-Microsoft (purview DLP)
-Manager is fine with the candidate having experience with at least one of these: Palo Alto, Trellix, zscaler, ProofPoint, Symantec (please specify which DLP tool your candidate has experience with)
Flex Skills:
-Data scientist background
-Big Data experience - Data security posture management (DSPM tools)
Soft Skills:
-Communication skills
-Writing/documentation skills
-Detail oriented
Degrees/Certifications:
-Experience in lieu of degree
-No certificates
Role Differentiator:
-Candidate will be reporting to a tenured manager who will be able to help them build upon their skillset.
-They will be joining a team with a family-like dynamic, with constant communication and support.
-They are being brought on to assist with a brand new project, where they will be able to evaluate current process and assist with the lifting and shifting to a new program.
Interview Process:
1. Team interview - 4 people, video call (30 minutes - 1 hour)
2. Manager interview - video call (30 minutes - 1 hour)
