Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement data quality frameworks, standards, rules, and best practices. Lead large-scale Data Quality (DQ) implementations. Develop and execute DQ solutions and integration pipelines for onboarding new data sources. Engage stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution presentations. Collaborate with architects to build scalable, automated data quality solutions. Perform data analysis to identify anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies. Analyze DQ rules and executions to recommend improvements for data accuracy and reliability. Utilize DQ tools like Collibra DQ and others to automate and uphold quality standards. Lead and guide implementation teams in solution design and development. Hands-on experience with large DQ solutions using tools like Collibra DQ, Informatica DQ, etc. Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, data governance, and data modeling. Experience with data architecture (Data Mesh) and implementing ETL on Snowflake, Azure. Requirements:
10+ years in Data Governance or Data Management, preferably within a global CPG or similar industry. Deep understanding of data ingestion, use, quality, and stewardship. Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to standardize data governance policies. Experience with SQL, Axon, PO, Invoice data, and Accounts Payable. Experience with SAP (Material and Vendor Master). Knowledge of Global Procurement systems like SpendHQ or Ariba MyBuy. Preferred experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP MDG, Informatica (EDC, Axon, IDQ), and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business needs into data governance solutions. Benefits:
