We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Tech Lead with Informatica Development with over 12+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and strong understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and enterprise data architecture. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement robust ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop complex data mappings, transformations, and workflows to support business reporting and analytics. Optimize ETL performance through tuning and best practices. Work with various source and target systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, flat files, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), etc. Implement data quality and data governance frameworks as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing ETL processes. Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development. Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and Data Quality (IDQ). Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills; ability to work with large data sets and optimize queries. Proficient in relational database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, and/or Snowflake. Experience in data warehousing and data lake environments. Knowledge of cloud data integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Informatica Certification (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter Developer Certified Professional). Experience with CI/CD, version control tools (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices. Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Experience with Python or Shell scripting is a bonus. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
