I can succeed as an Information Security Analyst II.
The Information Security Group within ITG has an opening for an Information Security Analyst II, who will work on Identity Access Management (IAM) initiatives. As an IAM Security Analyst, you'll protect us from access-related risks by enabling the right access to the right people at the right time. Your insights will help mitigate risk by analyzing data to influence organizational change. By examining our systems and procedures, you'll assist in uncovering potential risks as we evolve, simplify, and accelerate our processes. Your perspective and input are essential for our compliant and continuous process improvements.

Partner and collaborate with Business and IT groups to ensure IAM controls are implemented and compliant.
Drive Customer Experience excellence in IAM Operations and Service delivery.
Participate in IAM automation and Data analytics initiatives using AI/ML and process improvements to enhance controls.
Leverage IAM operational and governance risk reporting (e.g., SLA/KPI's) through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to derive insights that meet IAM controls and protect Capital Group's data.
Communicate regularly with IAM management regarding IAM risk issues, operational performance, and Business/IT initiatives.
Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in an analyst role within IAM/Risk Security-related functions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with IAM Leadership and Business groups.
Ability to analyze large and complex data sets and provide appropriate solutions using technical expertise in risk and data.
Experience implementing or utilizing Identity and Access Management frameworks (e.g., NIST).
Knowledge of technologies such as AWS Cloud, CISSP, PowerBI, CoPilot, GenAI, Snowflake, etc., is a plus.
Salary ranges:
San Antonio: $81,249 - $129,998
Orange County: $98,869 - $158,190
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an annual performance bonus, Capital's profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% contribution from Capital.
