This role focuses on the implementation of global and local value chain digitalization strategies and roadmaps within a product division in the United States. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement through business process harmonization and simplification, ensuring upstream and downstream alignment. You will serve as a key resource in ensuring business applications are fit for purpose and that the key user community is well-trained and proficient. Responsibilities Support global and local business digitalization transformation strategy through project execution and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify value stream improvement opportunities and translate business needs into Information System demand requirements. Lead user acceptance testing and system cutover activities. Actively collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, and internal/external IS delivery teams to ensure robust and reliable business application solutions. Manage assigned projects with quality, following established project management guidelines. Learn factory transformation target processes and technology, proactively supporting solutions and driving continuous improvements. Serve as a process lead in one or more value chain functional areas to ensure fit-for-purpose ERP and non-ERP business system solutions, as well as end-to-end process efficiency. Background 8+ years of experience with SAP, ERP implementation, and business process transformation is preferred. Solid knowledge of SAP MM and WM functionalities and the discrete manufacturing market. Knowledge of business processes in production, supply chain, sales operations, or quality management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. A Bachelor's or higher degree in Information System, Engineering, or Business Administration. Proficient in English, both spoken and written communication. United States Citizen or Green Card holder is required.
