Lead system integration efforts across multiple technical domains
Establish technical direction for industrial communication protocols and control systems
Drive standardization of software development practices and automation solutions
Provide technical oversight for vendor solutions and internal development
Required Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of industrial automation systems (TIA Portal 16+, Codesys 3.5)
Expert-level understanding of industrial protocols (Ethernet-IP, Profinet, EtherCAT)
Strong background in distributed systems and scalable architectures
Proven experience with Linux systems and camera integration
Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and version control systems
Impact & Scope: Drive technical decisions that impact AMZL's global automation strategy
Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
Influence long-term technical roadmap decisions
Partner with senior leadership to define technical vision
Manage relationships with key vendors and technical partners

Basic Qualifications Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
Experience with Linux/Unix
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
