Secondary Operator
to support our production team on 2nd shift. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality components using secondary equipment-critical to the performance and safety of the products we deliver.
Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of secondary production equipment Monitor machines and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and performance Perform in-process checks and record production data using electronic tablets Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications Assist with sorting, packing, and finishing operations Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and company standards Qualifications:
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and customer blueprints Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tools Comfortable using inspection and measuring equipment Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required-we're willing to train Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and use hands regularly Frequently lift and move up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds
Safety Requirements:
Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.
