This position plays a vital role in supporting new teachers as they progress through a teacher preparation intern program, with an emphasis on fostering their growth as reflective, resilient educators. The Project Facilitator will help build a strong professional learning community where candidates develop meaningful relationships, access essential resources, and gain the confidence and support needed for long-term success in the field. Through intentional, equity-driven guidance, the facilitator will also support new teachers in becoming anti-racist educators who create inclusive, identity-affirming environments and advocate for systemic change that promotes academic equity. Ultimately, the work centers on supporting and empowering effective educators who are equipped to foster the academic and social-emotional success of all students. *Fingerprints and TB test is required prior to working.
