Provide technical direction and guidance within the domain to team members
Influence and align the organization's vision and strategy, while engaging your team to develop and deliver specific roadmaps and projects
Ensure prioritization, resource allocation, and timely delivery of this work within a changing business environment
Coach, mentor, support, and care for the teams to enable long-term career development and success at scale
Track operational metrics, key performance indicators, and team health to drive team performance
Build, cultivate, and maintain productive relationships with internal partners to identify and facilitate solutions to increase the impact of the team's work
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of work experience, including hands-on technical management, experience leading global security/investigative teams, and proven contribution at both strategic and operational levels
3+ years experience of people management and organizational leadership
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, legal, policy, and public affairs
Experience working with broad communities and global teams
Experience in functional or scripting language (JavaScript, PHP, Python, OCaml, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Experience in crisis management or incident response environments
Experience interpreting and applying compliance and regulatory policies
Experience querying large data sets and SQL
Public Compensation: $177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
