in post-acute settings Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions and track vital signs Conduct resident intakes and document medical histories Assist in medication administration and verification Create a comfortable, safe environment for residents Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy Manage medical supplies and inventory Adhere to resident care plans Support the orientation and training of new staff Qualifications: Current Maryland state license for
