Facilities & Pipeline Engineer

to lead the design, optimization, and operation of produced water infrastructure, with a focus on hydraulics, pipeline systems, and pump performance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable water handling solutions across key basins. Highlights Own full-cycle engineering across facilities, pipelines, and high-volume water transfer systems Analyze and optimize hydraulics, pump curves, and pressure management across assets ️ Collaborate with field ops and midstream to drive efficiency, uptime, and flow assurance What You'll Do Design, review, and optimize pipeline routing, pump stations, and water treatment facilities Lead hydraulic modeling for produced water systems, evaluating flow rates, pressures, and pump sizing Support capital projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring cost-effective and scalable design Troubleshoot performance issues related to flow, pump efficiency, or system capacity constraints Coordinate closely with operations, HSE, and construction teams to maintain safety and regulatory compliance Track and analyze field data to recommend system improvements and debottlenecking opportunities Contribute to long-term infrastructure planning across multiple basins and operational areas Ideal Experience 7+ years of engineering experience in

midstream, oil & gas, or water infrastructure Proven background in

hydraulic modeling ,

pump selection , and

pipeline design Strong knowledge of

water handling systems , including disposal, reuse, and SWD (saltwater disposal) Familiarity with field operations, pipeline safety standards, and commissioning processes Experience working on

produced water infrastructure

in the Permian, Delaware, or similar basins (preferred) Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering (or related field) Seniority level
