Overview
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET. Rewrite legacy applications. Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to manage and manipulate databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features for Daily Journals web and newspaper publishing platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Required Core Skills:
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET, and ColdFusion. Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL, including database schema design, normalization, and stored procedures. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Secondary Skills:
Familiarity with AJAX, CSS, and HTML. Experience with Word Macros and VB. Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
