Shift:
6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Travel experience is required from any number of months. Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements
Candidates must have a license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details
BJC policy: Every other weekend required.
No medical marijuana cards accepted.
REQUIRED: Siemens
1 hybrid room located in CT OR; higher level vascular hybrid room needing advanced modality tech who can scrub, hand wires during the case, run the table and layer 3d images
Could have Cath lab/IR past work history, really needs to have hybrid OR experience. Techs will not be working in cath lab or IR, it is working in the heart room with CT surgeon for hybrid cases.
Special Equipment: EVAR and TAVR
Ratio: Days 1:5, Weekends 1:2
Avg Daily Census: 6
Is on-call REQ? Yes- several option for call requirement, please discuss during interview
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Special requirements: Endovascular Interventions, Siemens, Sterile Technique, Hybrid OR exp, TEVAR and EVAR.
Scrub Color: Scrubs provided
Community Hospital Experience: Required
Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.
All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.
Allied and Non-Clinical: Travelers can stay for a period of 12 months. Must take a 6 month break in service after 12 months
Government issued ID required.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
