Title: Manager I, Kitchen Equipment
Under limited supervision, orchestrates the strategic planning, development, direction, execution, and oversight of all kitchen equipment maintenance operations.
Essential Functions:

Coordinates, delegates, and oversees employee scheduling and task assignmnets, while proactively advising on overtime allocation when necessary. Addresses tailored service requests from schools, effectively orchestrating seamless processes with stakeholders. Assigns and verifies the completion and closure of daily work orders to uphold operational efficiency and accountability. Manages resource allocation for Kitchen Equipment Technician, including procurement of supplies and inventory levels. Coordinates professional development training for Kitchen Equipment Technicians. Engages in collaborative endeavors with Operations, General Maintenance, Nutrition, and Maintenance Departments, alongside the Safety Coordinator, to address and resolve matters pertaining to kitchen equipment concerns or intiatives. Supervise Kitchen Equipment Technicians. Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university is required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a kitchen equipment or like closely related field required. Supervisory level work experience in facilities management or custodial services preferred. Valid driver's license required.
