Vice President, Finance - Highly Engineered Design/Manufacturing, Private Equity

Our client, a producer and manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products, is undertaking significant growth strategies under private equity ownership. We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to partner with the CEO to drive growth and take the business to the next level.
You will execute an aggressive growth strategy, involving both acquisitions and organic growth initiatives. The role involves building a robust Finance and Accounting foundation and partnering on strategic and tactical initiatives to advance the business in a dynamic market environment.
This role requires a "roll up your sleeves" approach, involving detailed operational work as well as strategic planning. Key responsibilities include team building, developing operational systems and processes, and managing investor and lender relationships.
Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing, multi-location and global operations, and acquisition due diligence and integration. Experience in OEM and/or contract manufacturing, especially in sectors like medical devices, aerospace, defense, technology, or telecommunications, is preferred.
