Overview
We are seeking a skilled and certified Ivalua Functional Analyst (L2/L3 Certified) to support and enhance procurement technology solutions. This role plays a key part in optimizing source-to-pay (S2P) processes using the Ivalua platform. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on configuration expertise with business process knowledge to drive effective digital
procurement transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement functional solutions within the Ivalua platform, following best practices. Lead process and strategy enhancements related to the full S2P lifecycle. Facilitate requirements-gathering and design workshops with stakeholders. Define and document target-state procurement processes and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery. Mentor junior team members and provide review and guidance on deliverables. Support integration design and system architecture development. Contribute to testing activities including test script development, SIT, and UAT. Troubleshoot platform issues and support break-fix and testing efforts. Develop and maintain documentation related to platform configuration and processes. Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Ivalua consulting experience, focused on procurement/S2P processes. Ivalua Level 2 and Level 3 certifications (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with modules such as SRM/Supplier Portal, RFx, Requisition, Order, Invoice, and Workflow. Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with platform testing, user training, and issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) in a related field. Certification or working knowledge of SQL. Experience in leading procurement platform implementations or upgrades. Proficiency in developing solutions and configurations across multiple Ivalua modules. Scripting or programming experience relevant to Ivalua is a plus. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build client relationships. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
