The
Enterprise Systems Business Analyst
is a key member of our Operational Systems team based in Teaneck, NJ. Compensation for this role ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 annually. Position Details The Enterprise Systems Business Analyst is part of our IT Department. Responsibilities include supporting J.D. Edwards manufacturing and distribution modules, improving business processes, and standardization. The role involves working with management and process owners across manufacturing, distribution, and finance. Key Responsibilities
Support global locations and standardize practices. Gather requirements and analyze for ERP/JDE implementations and related projects. Oversee process standards and enforce them across installations. Support change control and data governance. Serve as a project manager when needed. Provide production support and resolve issues. Key Competencies Accountability, adaptability, customer focus, collaboration, communication, technical expertise, problem-solving, and ability to work with diverse teams are essential. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, and excellent communication skills are required. Ability to work effectively in teams, handle client concerns professionally, and develop internal/external relationships is crucial. Business acumen, energy, flexibility, and planning skills are also important. Education & Experience
Minimum 10 years of JDE functional system experience in manufacturing and distribution. At least 5 years industry experience, 10 years ERP and BA experience. PMP certification or strong project management skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Knowledge of SDLC concepts and proficiency with MS Office Suite. Learn more about our benefits here.
