Jade Global . Location: US Remote Jade is looking for resources (3-5 years of experience) Strong understanding of ServiceNow products. Development and implementation of new ServiceNow applications. Active contribution in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate business processes. Create/manage web portals used by internal and external clients using JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular. Monitor health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow. Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing, and production. Technical Abilities and Responsibilities Minimum 2+ years of software development experience and at least 2+ years in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps. Passion for JavaScript and web development, reusability, and componentization. Develop standalone ServiceNow tools and dashboards supporting ITSM and Project Management workflows. Create and configure workflows based on business requirements. Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems. Create/manage ServiceNow objects like Tables, Business Rules, Scripts, UI Pages, etc. Experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches, updates, and new platform versions. Functional Attributes Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively. Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills. Quick learner of new technologies. Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to handle cultural diversity. Experience working in Agile environment.
