Java Developer with strong automation experience
to join our clients team in Columbus, OH. This role requires a hands-on developer who is passionate about building robust automation platforms and developing scalable microservices. The ideal candidate is a true engineer with a strong focus on backend technologies, CI/CD processes, and threat/risk remediation automation. Develop and maintain automation platforms and task automation frameworks.
Design and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Python.
Automate threat and risk remediation workflows to improve infrastructure security.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and develop solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support as needed.
Must-Have Skills: Core Java Development
(preferably Java 8+), Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.
CI/CD expertise
Jenkins, scripting (Python, Shell, etc.), and build automation tools.
Hands-on experience with
automation platform development .
Experience with
threat and risk remediation
and automating related tasks.
Strong understanding of backend services, APIs, and integration workflows.
Nice-to-Have:
Basic infrastructure and cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with security tools or vulnerability management systems.
