Senior Java Software Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to consult on and contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives. This role involves participating in large-scale planning, analyzing engineering challenges, and delivering robust solutions in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong middleware/back-end Java development experience, with full stack capabilities and a background in financial services or fraud technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Consult on and participate in moderately complex software engineering projects and deliverables. Contribute to large-scale planning and execution of software engineering initiatives. Review and analyze engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Resolve moderately complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables. Apply a solid understanding of software engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Work closely with client personnel to ensure alignment and successful delivery of engineering solutions. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education. Proven experience (4+ years) in middleware/back-end Java development. Full stack development experience, including UI, is preferred. Experience in financial services and fraud technology solution delivery is a strong plus. EEO Employer
