Machine Operator
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Lincoln, NH Pay Range: $18.63 per hour with a $3.50 shift differential for 2nd shift Shift: 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm (MON-FRI) What's the Job? Operate various machines including press production, braid winding, lathe, or crimping machines following established procedures. Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing drawings to ensure accurate production. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards and identify any defects. Maintain an organized inventory of products and tools at workstations. Report any safety issues, hazards, or accidents to management promptly. What's Needed? Ability to read and interpret measuring devices and basic blueprints. Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required. Ability to use basic hand tools effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor quality issues.
