2nd Shift
Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator / Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Lathe Operator / Machinist, you will be part of a dedicated manufacturing team supporting high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Chesterfield, MO Pay Range: $24/hr to $30/hr Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM
10:30 PM) What's the Job?
Set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills to machine metal components. Write, test, and adjust CNC programs to ensure optimal performance. Fabricate custom fixtures when needed to support machining operations. Perform machining tasks such as center drilling, drilling, reaming, tapping, boring, and milling. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools and complete quality checks. What's Needed?
Proven experience as a CNC lathe operator or machinist in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently on 2nd shift.
