Responsibilities We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll learn our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You'll serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert behind the scenes. Our structured program will equip you to eventually run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team. In this hands-on environment, you'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You'll also engage with the community to build relationships vital for your business growth. We'll teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture encourages friendly competition, essential for growth and success. Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership. Valid driver's license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years. No alcohol or drug-related convictions on record in the past 5 years. Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship. Available to work an average of 45 hours per week. Not interviewed with Enterprise for this position in the last 12 months. Seniority level
