Description: • The Manager, Master Data Management (MDM) will be responsible for overseeing MDM policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across enterprise systems, with a focus on enterprise resource planning and associated platforms. • Working closely with internal business units and technology teams, this individual will ensure continuous access to critical business data and alignment with cross-functional operations. • The role includes supervising the enforcement of data standards, collaborating on architectural decisions, resolving data quality issues, and managing compliance documentation. • Additionally, the manager will develop data governance metrics and mentor a team of analysts to support organizational data management needs.
Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Information Systems • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Master Data Management • At least 7 years of experience in financial or accounting systems • Proficiency in enterprise cloud platforms, including architecture and configuration knowledge • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail • Effective written and verbal communication skills across departments • Capable of leading requirements discussions with both business and technical stakeholders • Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic setting • Critical thinking skills to understand organizational data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions • Change management aptitude and willingness to promote data governance best practices • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools and dashboards • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning in enterprise systems
Desired Skills: • Experience mentoring and managing teams in data governance roles • Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX • Familiarity with data migration and system integration best practices • Exposure to performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) in data environments
Compensation: Pay Range: $89600K-$128000K
