Propose plans, research orientations, and implement customer research projects assigned according to the plan, achieving quality:
Research to support the construction of financial solutions and customer experiences: Segment customers by sub-segments (based on lifestyle, viewpoints, and financial needs). Understand needs, behaviors, pain points, and expectations according to the customer journey of each segment. Survey customers to aid in creating overall value positioning for the segment (CVP). Survey customers to support the creation and implementation of financial solutions and customer experiences.
Research for brand building and development. Survey the effectiveness of marketing activities across the store:
Effectiveness of digital marketing programs Brand surveys Customer engagement surveys (NPS) Service quality surveys (Mystery Shopper)
Build and manage the customer research database. Implement comprehensive/in-depth analysis reports as requested by leaders. Manage the use of customer research budgets effectively for assigned projects. Coordinate with customer research service providers for assigned projects. Key Accountabilities (2)
