Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst III to provide performance analysis, data collection and analysis, and Backlog management in support of a large, multi-year contract for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP). The Business Analyst will be responsible for data collection, written analysis, team management, and support. The Analyst will assist in writing Epics and Features as part of the Portfolio Operations Team. Excellent writing skills are essential for reports, and verbal input will be required in meetings. The Business Analyst III should be capable of solving complex problems independently, while collaborating with Agile Teams. The role also involves providing leadership and coaching to junior analysts on the AMP project. Responsibilities Support Epic and Feature writing and manage the Agile Release Train (ART) Backlog. Collect data from agile teams, maintain project metrics, and deliver data inputs for CDRLs. Support agile data collection, manage project tools, and prepare reports and dashboards. Coordinate projects and analyze data for managers. Assist with ad hoc data requests from government clients. Work independently with minimal supervision. Handle complex issues, referring only the most complicated to higher-level staff.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP systems is a plus. Skills/Qualifications:
Certifications in Agile or SAFe are preferred. Clearance Requirements:
Current Secret clearance required. Work Location:

Ability to perform repetitive motions, follow audible communications in emergencies, and sit for extended periods at a desk working on a computer, with or without reasonable accommodations.
